Had the stairs covered by a man from Leen Bakker Den Helder. Very chaotic, I was supposed to be called for a time on the planned day but suddenly he was at the door with two others. Also very rushed. I had to pay the man in cash and didn't pay. He put it straight in his pocket and then left. No change was seen (it was only 7 euros, but still). By the way, they also leave the gang for you! They leave all the cut edges, lint and junk behind. Budget, yes. Professional? I have my doubts about it.

Staff is friendly though. I just don't think the range is great anymore. And it has become quite expensive. Furthermore, a beautiful shop.

Have curtains made to measure. The lady has put the wrong measurements in the computer. Namely the dimensions of the windows for which I got roller blinds, and I drew them without checking. I only found out after hanging up and I don't have a leg to stand on. There was no thinking involved either, 141 euros in the trash bin Last time I borrowed a baker.

Beautiful store parking 🅿 is available in front of the door. Beautifully designed living room furnishings when you walk through the store. 3 years ago I had beautiful inbetweens made here. And how beautifully finished they are! Although I always sewed everything myself, I would not have seen the opportunity to do this myself. I'm still happy with it every day! I wash them one by one in the washing machine on an easy-care program and then hang them up while wet... perfect! The hooks, which are attached with a simple click system, can easily be removed and reattached. I always receive friendly advice and/or help. And if you don't need anything...I also really enjoy just looking around.

You will always receive good and friendly help here, and they give tips. E.g. We came to Leen Bakker last week to buy net curtains and already had all the sizes with us, so the saleswoman asked "are you in a hurry, because next week there will be a 25% discount on this net curtain." Well, those are great saving tips, and in the end they don't have to say it, but they do...that's what I call customer friendliness.
